This test checks GO endpoint [servers] of interest: ncsa#BlueWaters , ncsa#BlueWaters-Duo , umn#pgc-terranova

A python script using the globus_sdk tries connecting to the gsiftp on port 2811 of each server for a given endpoint.  Successful connections are noted, and failed connect should crash the python code and fail the test.
