Run the mpiGraph utility on sets of nodes in the partitions.
This test is parameterized, a manual build will prompt for some slurm settings if you want to target a --nodelist.
Result .png views are saved in the Workspace here in jenkins. You may download them when the job completes to view heatmaps of the network performance.
