Parameters

The list of nodes to run with mpi alltoallv, leave as "" to run the default tests over partitions.  Examples: hydro01,hydro02   for a discrete comma separated list or hydro[03-05]  to target a 3 node range.  NOTE: hydro[01-33] and NODES=33 below would test the full sandybridge partition.

Number of nodes in your NODELIST to run with mpi and alltoallv.  This only applies if NODELIST is populated (approx. 1/2 the nodes in a partition otherwise).

The slurm partition.  This defaults to all the partitions configured for the test if NODELIST is not populated.
